This website is operated by Gerchamp · HUASU ENERGY TECH CO., LTD (referred to as "Gerchamp", "we", "us"). Our contact email is info@huasuenergy.com and our factory is located in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China. This Privacy Policy applies to www.huasuenergy.com and all subpages.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide and limited technical data automatically gathered when you browse:

  • Inquiry form data — name, company name, country, email address and your message / requirements, submitted through the Wholesale, OEM and Contact forms.
  • WhatsApp messages — when you tap a WhatsApp button, your message (pre-filled from the form) is sent through WhatsApp to our sales number +86 133 3695 9550.
  • Email correspondence — any information you send to info@huasuenergy.com.
  • Standard technical & analytics data — such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referral source, collected automatically and used only in aggregate to improve the site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and discuss OEM / ODM or wholesale cooperation;
  • Provide technical support, compatibility checks and after-sales service;
  • Send product updates or follow-ups related to your request (only where relevant);

4. Third-party services

To deliver inquiries reliably, we use a small number of processors:

  • Formspree — inquiry form submissions are forwarded by email to info@huasuenergy.com for lead archiving. Formspree's processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — messages you choose to send are transmitted via WhatsApp. Please review WhatsApp's privacy policy for message handling.

These processors act on our behalf and are contractually expected to handle data only as needed to provide the service.

5. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for basic navigation and, where enabled, anonymous analytics to understand traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; core pages will still function.
